The studio sells in two ways. Custom units are made to order, with a 50% deposit to start and a turnaround of 14 business days from processing; color adds time, and October through January can take longer. Ready-to-wear Dream Less Collection wigs are pre-styled, made as pictured and paid in full at checkout on the website, priced from $387 to $795. Changes to those are limited, so customizing one means placing a custom order.

Appointment services include track-by-track and Figure 8 extensions, traditional and glueless weaves, quick weaves, frontal installs, silk presses, sleek ponytails and foundation braids. Several install packages do not include hair, so clients supply their own. Consultations, in person or by phone, cost $50 for 30 minutes.

Booking is by appointment only, and only the person receiving a service may be in the salon. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period; after that, a $15 fee applies per 15 minutes and the service may be shortened. Cancellations need 24 hours notice or a $50 fee, and service deposits are non-refundable.

The business has a particular focus on clients with hair loss from conditions such as alopecia, cancer and lupus, and it offers discounts on custom orders for them. It also offers training that it describes as going past technique into business skills and client retention, including a free 35-minute discovery call, one-on-one mentorship from $75, and a one-year apprenticeship.
