It uses organic ingredients without chemicals and has partnered with Green Circle Salons, which the salon says reduces its waste by up to 95%. Each year it donates a percentage of every retail sale to a new local charity.

Services are priced by time, intricacy and the use of its luxury organic products. Haircuts come in two forms: a New Client Haircut of 45 minutes or more, with cleansing, conditioning, a custom cut, blowout and light iron work, and an Existing Client Haircut of 30 minutes or more, which includes a dry cut option for clients keeping their current style. Color consultations and haircut consultations are free for new clients, and a patch test for color sensitivity can be done at the color consultation. Going lighter over previous color requires a color correction and consultation, since color does not remove existing color.

The color menu covers all-over color, root retouches, gloss and gloss refreshes, all using a low-tox organic hair color. Highlights include traditional foil with an organic-based, low-tox lightener, hand-painted balayage, custom lightening for very bright or blonde results, and a bleach and tone service that lightens to an even blonde base before applying a custom toner. Straightening is a semi-permanent frizz reducer made with 87 percent naturally derived ingredients. Treatments include scalp treatments with oils and exfoliation, a hair detox clarifying wash, a quick bond-strengthening add-on for color clients, and the O Way Rebuilding Treatment.

The brow studio offers brow styling for new clients, brow maintenance visits, and a vegetable-based brow tint that lasts three to six weeks and is booked with another service. The salon also has its own fragrance-free, sustainable haircare line, which it launched in 2025.

Booking and payment policies are firm. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and they must be made by calling the salon. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full booked service, and fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a missed appointment. Hair products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, while services are not refunded; clients who are unhappy with their results can raise concerns within 7 days and the salon will work on an adjustment. Jewelry and non-hair items are final sale.

Sarah began using organic hair color early and later made it the salon's standard across the team.
