Services are grouped into color, combined visits, extensions, haircuts, lashes, styling and waxing. Color work covers partial and full highlights, balayage, color retouches, in-between highlight touch-ups and toner added to other services. Several services can be combined into one visit, such as color with a haircut or with an eyelash fill. Hair extensions are offered, including Great Lengths extensions by the bundle, along with extension removal and a consultation.

Clients can cancel or change an appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before it. Changes made within 24 hours carry a fee of 50% of the appointment total. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Payment cards are accepted.
