To get there, visitors park near Macy's, BJ's, Bar Louie, Red Robin or P.F. Chang's and walk toward Red Robin and Bar Louie. The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. Bookings can be made online at any hour, or by calling or texting during business hours; email is not accepted, though Facebook bookings are. A non-refundable deposit is required for certain services and goes toward the final bill. Gift vouchers can be used over one or several visits at this location, have no expiration date, and are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

Lash extensions are applied with medical grade adhesive, and a fume-free adhesive is available for clients with sensitive eyes. Styles range from Classic sets, which place one extension on each natural lash, to Hybrid sets that mix individual and volume fans, and Volume and Mega Volume sets built from handmade fans. Mega Volume (Russian style) fans are made from 5D to 6D. Prices depend on the technician's experience and lash retention. Fills have retention thresholds of at least 70% for a 2-week fill, 60% for a 3-week fill and 40% for a 4-week fill; below those, the fill price applies or a full set is charged. Clients coming in with lashes from another studio pay a $20 charge for fixes, and those extensions must be removed before new ones are applied. Lash application is guaranteed for up to three days, with a corrective touch-up at no charge if the client is unsatisfied.

Permanent makeup covers microblading, ombre powder brows, eyeliner, lip liner, lip color and lip blush, and the salon also offers scar camouflage, color correction, shape correction, beauty marks and tattoo lightening, which is a multi-step process with visits at least two to three months apart. The business says it uses strong topical anesthetics to reduce pain, and that it uses secure, first-rated pigments with disposable needle cartridges. According to the business, most colors last three to five years and some up to a decade. Because the work often takes more than one appointment, a follow-up within 4-8 weeks is recommended, and a complimentary follow-up is offered within 6-8 weeks of the first treatment. A $50 non-refundable deposit applies to permanent makeup appointments.

The skin care menu includes Bio-MicroNeedling, collagen induction micro-needling, BB Glow, dermaplaning, Green Peel, Alex Cosmetics peels and other facials. A free 15 to 30 minute skin care consultation is offered with the Skin Care Specialist. The salon states that its establishment and its artists are licensed and insured, and that it complies with the Environmental Health Program of Pinellas County.

Uses medical grade adhesive and handmade fans for Volume sets, with a fume-free option for sensitive eyes. For permanent makeup, the business says its topical anesthetics reduce pain.
