The visit begins with an evaluation of the hair and scalp, followed by education about hair care. Next comes a personalized plan for care at home, then a purifying wash, a steamed conditioning session aimed at rebuilding the strands, a treatment that uses oxygen, and a scalp massage before a cut shaped to the individual. To finish, guests pick one style: silk press, large two-strand twists, or basic cornrows.

Protective styling makes up much of the menu, including knotless braids, cornrows, stitch braids, crochet braids, Fulani and tribal braids, crown braids, kids braids for children 12 and under, and men's twists. Loc services cover crown loc care, interlocking traditional locs and a deep-cleansing soak for mature locs. Hair products are sold for use at home.

Consultations are offered in person or virtually at no charge, with a 10-minute minimum. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday evenings, Friday through Sunday daytime and is closed on Mondays.
