Every visit starts with the Signature Head Spa Foundation. It includes a personalized consultation, a double cleanse, steam therapy, exfoliation, aromatherapy, a signature scalp massage, warm towels, a nourishing treatment and a signature blow dry, along with a tension-relief massage, an eye mask and a precision trim. Head spa upgrades are chosen during booking, and final cost depends on hair length, density, condition and the upgrade selected.
Two add-on packages are available. The Renewal Scalp Upgrade starts with a customized treatment protocol and includes herbal warm oil therapy, high-frequency therapy, LED light therapy, oxygen nano infusion, extended scalp massage, a neck and shoulder massage, a luxury hydration treatment and a paraffin hand treatment. The Crown Signature Upgrade builds on that with advanced multi-technology treatment, cooling oxygen infusion, heated Meridian therapy, jade facial massage, either a jelly facial mask or a 24K gold collagen eye mask, a paraffin foot treatment, weighted blanket therapy, an herbal tea service and extra relaxation time.
Beyond the head spa, the studio offers loc care for traditional locs and microlocs, covering maintenance, retwists and scalp-focused care, with pricing that varies by length, density, buildup and time needed. Other services include natural hair styling without extensions, extension installation with crochet, braid and twist methods, protective styles made with your own strands or added extensions, silk press conditioning, and stand-alone scalp wellness services. Extensions, braids and protective styles must be removed before the appointment unless removal is booked in advance.
Memberships and packages are available. Crown Care Monthly covers one foundation visit every four weeks and Crown Care Bi-Monthly covers one every eight weeks; members get priority booking and savings on upgrades and styling enhancements. Memberships are billed automatically with a three-month minimum, and packages (three, five or ten sessions) expire after four, six or twelve months and are non-refundable. The studio also runs one-on-one education for licensed professionals, state board candidates and guests who want non-chemical styling at home, scheduled separately from salon appointments. The studio does not medically diagnose scalp conditions, so medical concerns should go to a licensed healthcare provider or dermatologist.
