The salon works by appointment only. Bookings are made through its online booking page, where gift cards can also be purchased. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a service are accepted, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged a $35 fee.
The salon also sells a selection of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, a leave-in and a hair growth oil.
