New clients usually begin with a free 20-minute Initial Consult. It is not a hair appointment; instead, Brittany looks at the hair and scalp and talks through the style the client wants before any booking. The studio also offers a six-hour one-on-one loc education and styling session and a five-hour one-on-one beginner braiding class, for people who want to learn to care for their own hair or work on it themselves.
