Each service is approached with attention to the hair and scalp, using techniques meant to protect, maintain and support healthy hair. Many braid and twist services ask clients to arrive with clean, fully detangled hair, and shampoo and conditioning are an extra fee on most of them. For most install services, the hair or extensions are not included in the price and must be supplied by the client or bought separately. Starter locs, loc removal, loc extension installs, instant loc installs and micro loc starter installs all require a consultation before booking.

The menu is broad. Crochet installs, quick weaves, sew-ins and wig installs are offered alongside loc services, where starter locs start at $230. Natural hair services cover styling, twist-outs, curl definition and rod sets, and silk presses are available for adults and for children ages 10 and under. Men's braids, twists and barrel twist or fishbone styles are also on the menu, along with kids services for ages 10 and under.

Returning clients who were previously serviced by the studio can book the Crown Reset Experience at $620, a take-down, restoration and reinstall service where extension hair is not included. Wig clients have a dedicated option in The Melt Experience with Zoe. The studio also sells hair care products through the linked Pure Beauté Boutique.
