Permanent jewelry is attached without a clasp: the ends are welded or zapped together so the piece stays on and never needs to be taken off. Available metals are sterling silver, 14K gold-filled and 14K rose gold-filled. Starting prices are $45 for a bracelet, $55 for a necklace, $45 for an anklet and $30 for a ring, and these may vary. The salon notes that its permanent jewelry technicians are independent contractors. Tooth gemming places small rhinestones or jewels on teeth using a special adhesive. Tooth whitening comes as a quick touch-up or as a full whitening.
