Its stated mission is to help clients build habits for a healthy, lasting life. The studio describes its treatments as aiming for neuroendocrine balance, meaning a connection between the nervous system and the endocrine system. It presents its services as holistic, alternative options for concerns such as chronic pain, physical problems, muscular deficiencies and emotional challenges, and states that its practitioners do not diagnose diseases or disorders.

A first visit begins with a free assessment, and clients complete a health history form at their first massage. Therapeutic massage can be booked between 7 and 15 days after a first session, and relaxation massage after 3 days. Lymphatic or reductive massage is recommended every three days or once a week. Signature Holistic Massage blends Swedish, deep tissue and neuromuscular work with hot stones, cupping, herbal tobacco, body scrubs and Gua Sha, shaped to each client and offered in 60, 90 or 120 minute sessions. Tao Te Ching acupressure, sports therapy and prenatal massage are other core massage options, and the facial menu runs from a back facial to treatments using caviar, seaweed or marine collagen.
