Tara Labbafi

Tara Labbafi is a licensed massage therapist who previously worked as a physical therapist. She has spent 22 years in massage therapy, including time teaching anatomy, massage technique and body mechanics. Her approach draws on Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, muscle energy, myoskeletal alignment, PNF, cupping, lymphatic drainage and prenatal techniques. She can assess and treat sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome, piriformis syndrome, spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, frozen shoulder, tension headaches and sports injuries. She is available Monday to Saturday.
