Appointments are booked through Glossgenius. The salon is open Tuesday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Several services need a deposit: new clients booking quickweaves, relaxers, invisible ponytails, shampoo rod sets, partial quickweaves or virgin relaxers pay $20, a group of sew-ins, feed-ins, color and silk press with clip-ins pays $25, and full highlights with style pays $50. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, same-day cancellations carry a $30 fee, and a missed appointment without cancelling is charged half the service price, paid before another can be booked.
