Aesthetic offerings include Botox, Dysport, fillers, Sculptra, PRP facials, PRP vaginal rejuvenation, PRP for hair loss, microneedling and Blu-U photodynamic therapy, along with a treatment for red and brown spots. Laser services cover facial and body hair removal for women and men, and a laser option for the appearance of small vessels. Splendor X is offered as a hair removal treatment meant to replace shaving and waxing. The practice describes AVACEN 100 as a patented, FDA-approved procedure that uses heat and negative pressure to circulate heat through the body from one point, and describes AVACEN as a drug-free pain reliever. Regenerative options include PRP and exosome therapy, and hormone replacement is offered for signs of aging such as weight changes and loss of sex drive. The Women's Health package includes pap smears and DEXA scans. IV hydration uses a 1 liter bag of normal saline or lactated Ringer's, with optional add-ins such as magnesium, several B vitamins, zinc, vitamin C, NAD+, glutathione and select medications, and same-day or next-day appointments are available. Joint health and weight management services are also offered. Concierge medical membership gives access to Dr. Sammons by text, email, phone, webcam or in-person visits, and members receive office visits at a 50% discount plus 10% off other products. Membership can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually. A free consultation can be booked online or by phone. The practice is out-of-pocket and does not accept or bill health insurance. It accepts credit cards, debit cards, FSA and HSA cards, checks and cash, with a 3.5% fee on card payments. Same-day cancellations or reschedules are charged 50% of the appointment fee, and no-shows without notice are charged the full fee. Itemized receipts are available on request. The Anaheim Hills office is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and is closed on weekends.
