Electrolysis removes hair one follicle at a time, using a hair-sized probe that delivers a targeted current to the follicle root. It is offered with galvanic, thermolysis, or blend modalities, and it takes multiple sessions. The business states that electrolysis is the only hair removal method the FDA recognizes as permanent, and that it carries fewer risks and contraindications than laser. Laser hair removal is described as permanent hair reduction or semi-permanent removal, with 60% to 90% reduction in hair growth documented. Laser and electrolysis can be combined in one treatment plan, though not in the same session. Both require a consultation and patch test before the first treatment, even for clients who have had them elsewhere. Hair needs to be long enough to be grabbed with tweezers, so clients allow two to three days of growth after shaving and avoid tweezing, waxing, or plucking beforehand.

The facial menu includes a Facial that can extend to the neck and decolletage at no extra charge, a Back Treatment using Image Skincare products, an Underarm Facial with clinical products, and a Brazilian Facial called Brazacial. The Brazacial treats the mons pubis and inner thighs and can be booked alongside a Brazilian wax, though stronger treatments need one to two weeks after waxing. Dermaplaning, chemical peels, high frequency, and extractions can be added after a skin analysis. Peels offered are superficial only, and medium and deep peels are not offered. Clients who had a peel elsewhere wait at least three weeks before a service here unless the other technician gives written permission.

The salon offers strip and stripless waxing, using an oil-soluble wax that lifts hair out from the follicle. Sugaring uses a water-soluble paste made from sugar, water and lemon juice, worked into the skin with gloved hands. Tweezing comes at no extra charge with any waxing or sugaring service. Clients who find waxing or sugaring too intense may be offered tweezing or threading across the whole area instead. Consent forms for waxing, sugaring, and facial or body treatments are completed online before the appointment, and contraindications are listed on the website. Pre- and post-treatment instructions are explained verbally during the visit and provided in writing at the end, and clients can contact the salon with questions about them.

Before and after every service, the salon disinfects its rooms, equipment and frequently touched surfaces with a hospital-grade disinfectant. Surfaces are wiped down with Prevention wipes, and tools are soaked in Barbicide. According to the salon, New York State requires this level of disinfection in all salons and spas.
