TPL Suites is a suite community in Charlotte's University area, located at 230 E W.T. Harris Blvd, Suite C-8. It is owned and operated by The Pretty Lounge LLC and is built for independent beauty professionals rather than a single salon team. Hairstylists, barbers, nail technicians and estheticians can all rent space here.

Professionals can choose between a daily rental and a long-term lease. Daily rentals cover a fully furnished suite with 24-hour access, and there is no long-term commitment. A private beauty booth rents for $70.00 per rental period of 23 hours and 59 minutes, and includes a dedicated space that encloses with a curtain. Private salon suite F is $75.00 per rental period, and the open-layout suite E is $70.00 per rental period. Long-term leases are for turn-key salon suites.
