Many braiding styles use pre-stretched hair from the African collection brand, usually sold in packs or bundles. Clients booking the small 72-inch knotless style need to drop off six packs of hair 48 hours before the appointment.

A year-round option lets a client book one new style each month. It is set up as a 12-month contract signed after the first booking, with the remaining balance paid in cash, and it is limited to one booking per month using 48-inch braiding hair; longer hair is charged extra.

Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed and blown out for the best result. Extra guests are not permitted, and parents with children wait in the waiting area during the appointment. Rescheduling needs to happen within 24 hours to avoid a non-refundable $20 deposit.
