The braid menu covers knotless styles in several sizes, stitch braids, soft locs, invisible locs, criss-cross bun braids and braided ponytails. Wig work includes customizing ready-to-wear wigs, quick weaves, traditional sew-ins, lace wig installs and a combined wig-and-install package. Makeup ranges from a soft glam look to a full glam option and a birthday-themed style, and gel polish is offered in custom and freestyle designs, including a kids' option.

Every appointment includes a wash and blow dry, and beverages and snacks are served during the visit. Hookah and an open bar are available to clients 21 and older with ID. Small children are welcome, but extra companions are not allowed, and the salon is non-smoking, so anyone wanting to smoke must ask ahead.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment and can be paid by Zelle or through the Cash App tag on the booking page. Booking means agreeing to the business's terms. All wigs are final sale, with store credit offered in place of refunds. The online shop sells press-on nails, HD lace wigs and braided wigs, and orders ship within the US.
