The menu covers a wide range of protective styles, from cornrows and feed-ins to knotless, goddess and Fulani braids, along with locs, twists, ponytails, quick weaves, take-downs, touch-ups and a hair wash and blowout.

Access is organized around membership. The Bronze Crown is $285 per month, the Silver Crown is $325 per month and the Golden Crown is $375 per month, and each allows unlimited booking of listed styles in any combination. A six-month Platinum plan is $1,600, billed twice a year. Many of the larger and more involved styles are reserved for members at a given tier, and the box twist and passion twist are for subscription holders. Several styles are open without a membership, including the cornrow and feed-in options, large, medium and small knotless braids, straight back cornrow ponytails, and the box braid, Fulani and knotless touch-ups.

All memberships include hair wash and blowouts along with touch-up and take-down services. Members can book on any day from Monday through Sunday, with extended booking hours and no added cost. Add-ons for a style are charged on the day of the appointment. Payment is accepted through Zelle or Cash App, and questions can be sent by text to the number on the booking page. For the quick weave style, bundles are not included, and clients can send photos of the look they want for hair recommendations.

Services are organized around tiered memberships, and many styles are reserved for members at a particular level.
