The owner hairstylist works with each client individually, and the space is set up for an intimate, one-on-one visit rather than a busy floor. Services centre on healthy hair growth, weaves, and natural hair and protective styles.

The salon offers a standard silk press from $70, with a 60-minute minimum. It includes a hydrating shampoo, conditioner and blow dry, and the hair can be styled bone straight or with curls. For hair that was recently removed from extensions without being detangled, a detangle service can be added. A luxury version starts at $100 with a 105-minute minimum and adds a scalp massage, hydration treatment, ends trim and thermal style. The salon lists this option as suited to first-time clients. Every appointment begins with a $20 consultation.

Policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and clients are asked to call if they expect to be more than 15 minutes late.
