Custom glueless units can be made with hair from Chē Collection, the business's own hair line, or with outside hair brought in by the client. Units made with Chē Collection hair take three to five business days after processing, and expedited service can be requested. Units made with outside hair do not use cut-up wefts or bundles, and clients who bring outside hair can buy Chē Collection hair alongside it for a discounted price. Lace for a wig install should be dropped off two to three days before the appointment so it can be customized; bringing lace on the day adds a $30 same-day customization fee.

The salon also offers Fantasy Hair Art, creative hair pieces made for photoshoots, film, events, and everyday wear, priced after a consultation based on size, style, and artistry. A Chē Doll Experience is available as a three-hour session for clients who purchase a new wig from checollection.co.

Booking requires a non-refundable $20 deposit, and appointments are not held without one. Clients have a 15-minute grace period; a $15 fee applies after that, and appointments more than 20 minutes late are rescheduled or canceled. Guests are only allowed when they are also receiving a service. House calls require a non-refundable $250 travel fee paid in advance, are available in the Miami and Broward area with pricing quoted by the salon for locations farther out, and do not include hair washing. Appointments before 11 am, after 6 pm, or on a holiday carry a $75 extra fee.

Services are built around custom work, with units constructed to order and lace customized before wig installs.
