The menu is built around braids and protective styles. Knotless plaits can be customized with curls, color or a boho look, and the salon also offers natural braid styles, passion and afro kinky twists, feed-in braids, faux locs, traditional box plaits, weave extensions and crochet installs. Kids' natural braids and protective styles are offered from age 2 and up, and the salon says it is known for its love of styling kids.

Men can book twists, plaits and cornrows, along with shaves and a mini facial with steam. Natural haircare is available as a full service or as a shampoo and treatment added to a braid appointment, and wash-and-style options run from a shampoo with blow dry up to a shampoo and silk press.

Booking requires a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $15 to $35, depending on the style, which is deducted from the appointment total. The style chosen at booking cannot be changed on the day, though shorter styles may be accepted at the stylist's discretion. Clients with cut or special hair conditions should text the salon before booking, and squeeze-in appointments can be requested by text. Only children being serviced may attend, and extra guests are not allowed. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which late fees of $10 and then $15 apply, and appointments are cancelled after 25 minutes. Braiding hair longer than 48 inches adds $35 to reach the bottom of the butt and $70 past it. The salon says its brand promise is beauty services clients can feel peace of mind about from start to finish.
