Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. A credit card on file guarantees appointments, and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost applies to no-shows or missed visits without that notice. Multiple cancellations or late arrivals can lead to loss of booking privileges, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Children are not permitted on the styling floor or in service areas, so childcare should be arranged before a visit.
