Much of the work happens on the wedding day or another special occasion, when artists travel to the client's location. Clients who prefer to come in can book hair and makeup at the studio. Trials, held in the studio or on-location, let a bride test a look beforehand, and include veil and headpiece placement and photos. Consultations come first, to find a hair and makeup process that suits each client.

Outside of weddings, the team does hair and makeup for professional photographers, models and photo shoots in the Chicagoland area. It has worked on the cover of Wedding Guide magazine for over eight years and has handled hair and makeup for the Union Station Moda fashion show for two years, covering more than 80 models. Commercial and photo shoots are also part of the work. According to the site, articles about Christa Ponzio and the company have appeared in Todays Chicago Woman, Skin Inc. and The Knot.

Makeup lessons are also offered: one-hour private lessons covering day makeup into evening, and group classes scheduled through the year. Private classes at a client's home are available, with pricing by request.
