Parking in the lot is free for 45 minutes, with extended-stay spots available for chemical services. Regular hours run Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and the salon is closed on weekends. During summer and semester breaks, the weekday closing time moves earlier, to 4:30 pm.

The salon says its goal is to make every client feel comfortable and accepted, and that it offers a safe, inclusive space to express yourself through your hair. It describes its services as current and classic. Owner Brenda Celona has worked in hair for about 40 years and has served the URI community since 1988, and she describes clients as becoming something like family.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice for every service and must be made by email or phone, since replies by text message do not cancel a booking. Color services require a high-end deposit, which is kept if a client does not show up and does not cancel or reschedule. Payment is accepted in all forms except the URI RAM Account.

The salon carries several hair care and styling product lines and will order any product it does not stock. It price-matches competitors, including Amazon. Gift cards are sold in amounts from $25 to $200, and they never expire. A haircut loyalty card gives a free seventh cut after six.

According to the salon, its services are current and classic, and its goal is to make every client feel comfortable and accepted.
