The spa keeps its number of clients low at any one time so each person gets focused attention. Guests are offered complimentary refreshments before and after treatments. The setting is cozy and quiet, and the spa describes the Wayne location as a suburban retreat for massage, lymphatic drainage, facials, body sculpting and waxing.

Facials run from a basic wellness treatment to targeted options: a teen facial for clients up to age 21, an acne facial for clients 22 and older, a rosacea-sensitive skin facial, a men's facial, age management and brightening facials, and a deluxe dermaplaning facial that uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin and fine facial hair. Add-ons include LED light therapy, microcurrent, radio frequency lifting, gua sha, extractions and several masks. The body menu includes back facials and back peels, microchanneling, a total body salt glow, hydrodermabrasion that can be adapted to other areas, and a back treatment.

Body shaping combines a sculpting treatment that uses ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency lipolysis with a vibration-based Power Plate session, an InBody scan that measures body fat, skeletal muscle mass and basal metabolic rate, and infrared sauna time. These pieces are bundled into slim-down, get-fit and total body workout packages. Spa day packages combine massage, facials and quiet time, and a couples option adds a shared massage.

Booking online requires a 50% credit-card deposit. Clients who book by phone or text can skip the prepaid deposit but still need to give a credit-card or gift-card number to hold the appointment. Gift-card recipients get their credit-card deposit refunded at check-in on the day of the visit. The spa sells Circadia and Environ skin care, offers online gift cards and runs a Wellness Rewards program. It is closed on Sundays.

Works with a limited number of clients at a time so each receives attention, and performs manual lymphatic drainage using the Vodder Method through certified therapists.
