No referral is needed to book. The first visit is a consultation with Dr. Wood or her clinical team, with no commitment required, and a new patient consultation runs 30 to 45 minutes. A phone consultation is a free 15-minute call. Costs are discussed during the consultation, before any treatment is chosen. Aesthetic visits begin with a conversation about goals, a medical history and an exam, followed by a tailored plan with risks and costs reviewed. Hormone and wellness consultations are 45-minute visits that include a symptom review and comprehensive lab work. The clinic says consultations are confidential and that medical information is protected under HIPAA.

Aesthetic services include acne reduction, acne scar improvement, Botox, wrinkle and fine line reduction, facial dermal volumizing, facial skin contouring, skin firming, skin resurfacing, pigmented lesion treatment, hair removal, cellulite reduction, stretch mark and scar improvement, exfoliation and infusion, and body contouring. The clinic offers three professional peels, Illuminize, Vitalize and Rejuvenize, and sells the SkinMedica line. Emsculpt Neo sessions are 30 minutes per treatment area on the abdomen, buttocks, arms, calves or thighs, with no anesthesia, incisions, needles or downtime. Single sessions are listed at $500, six-session packages at $2,600, eight-session packages at $3,400, and maintenance sessions at $400 every three to four months. Body contouring is not a weight-loss treatment and is not offered to pregnant patients or to those with metal implants in the treatment area. Prescription medication, when used, is selected from several FDA-approved options, including GLP-1 therapies when clinically appropriate, and the clinic does not prescribe weight-loss medication on request. Ongoing support includes monthly physician check-ins, lab work every 8 to 12 weeks and body composition re-measurement. The clinic says 87 percent of its weight management patients maintain results at one year and that patients typically lose 15 to 50 pounds over a 3 to 6 month program at a rate of 1 to 2 pounds per week. Hormone services include hormone panels, testosterone optimization for men with low testosterone confirmed by lab work, menopause and perimenopause support, and peptide therapy. Peptides are described as prescription medications prescribed after medical evaluation and sourced from licensed pharmacies.

Most traditional insurance plans are accepted, and the office should be contacted to verify a specific plan. The clinic will file insurance for reimbursement when the patient is free to choose their own doctor. Payment is accepted by check, cash and credit card. The clinic is an authorized Colorescience retailer for mineral sunscreens and skincare, and online Colorescience orders over $75 ship free. The clinic says it uses FDA-cleared technologies and offers only treatments it describes as supported by clinical research and FDA clearance.

Treatment plans are built from lab results, body composition, medical history, goals and timeline rather than templates. Lab work and metabolic testing are run before treatment to look for underlying medical causes, and progress is followed through ongoing check-ins and plan adjustments.
