Tortoise & The Hair Salon

Tortoise & The Hair Salon has been operating in Troy for over 40 years. It sits on the west side of Rochester Road, between South Boulevard and Square Lake Road, and is open Monday through Friday 10AM to 8PM, Saturday 9AM to 4PM and Sunday 10AM to 5PM.
