Braiding is the main focus. Knotless box braids come in jumbo, large and medium sizes, and a box braid touch-up can extend existing braids by a few weeks. Other braid options include Fulani braids, island twists, two French braids and cornrows priced by how many are done. Crochet braids, crochet curly styles and two strand twists add more braided and twisted options.
Hair services cover cuts, wash and blow dry, a silk finish, a ponytail and an ultimate silk press that includes a wash, a scalp treatment or deep conditioning, steam and a flat-iron trim. Color is offered as a semi-permanent rinse added to another service or as a full color. Locs include retwists, starter locs, faux locs and butterfly locs, and microlocs include a consultation, retie and install, with installs booked only after a consultation. Quick weaves, half up half down quickweaves, natural hair braid downs and natural styles are available too, along with men's braids and kids' services for children 12 and under.
Add-ons include ends trimmed, deep conditioning, protein and steam treatments, extra length and a boho add-on that adds curly hair to the ends of box braids. Clients have a 10-minute grace period and are asked to contact the stylist if running late. A client more than 10 minutes late is treated as a no call no show and charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and later changes incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 7 AM to 1 PM. The studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
