Most of the menu is hair. Installations include Quickweave, traditional and natural no-tension sew-ins, tape-ins, braidless installs, micro links, K-tip installs and closures, along with maintenance visits and removals. For natural hair there are silk presses, a smoothing treatment, loc retwists, starter locs for adults and children, and wash-and-style services. Color covers gray and includes custom color, and a short consultation is required before any coloring.

Beyond hair, the salon offers body waxing, eyebrow tinting, and three facials: Platinum Plush, Acne and Oxygen. Deep hydration, keratin, protein and repair treatments are offered for damaged, dry or weak hair. Ponytails, updos and curling and styling services round out the menu.

Several services are booked as one-on-one classes covering silk press, luxury locs and weave installation, each running several hours. These classes can only be booked on weekends by text message. Silk Sunday is a separate silk press option that can only be booked on Sundays.

Visits are booked through the salon's booking page or by phone. Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours ahead, arrive five minutes early or check in online, and bring inspiration photos if they have them. Raw hair is available to buy in lengths from 12 to 30 inches, with lengths over 24 inches pre-ordered, and the salon says it can last three to four years with proper care.

The salon says it works with premium, professional salon-grade products and modern techniques, and it asks for a short consultation before any color service.
