Lash services include lash lifts, lash tinting, and classic and volume extensions. Waxing covers eyebrows, lip and chin, arms or legs, and the full body. Spa treatments are also listed among the services.
Guests are asked to cancel or move an appointment as soon as they know they cannot attend, because repeated missed appointments can affect whether future bookings are accepted. The salon can refuse a service if a client has a condition that would pose a risk, for example an active nail infection, broken skin, or a contagious skin problem. Anyone with an allergy or sensitivity to nail products, chemicals or fragrances should let the team know before the appointment begins. If a client is dissatisfied, the team asks to hear about it before the client leaves; sensible fixes are made within five days of the visit. Completed services are not refunded. Payment is taken at the appointment, in cash or by major credit or debit card, and is settled in person, not online.
