Before a first extension service, clients usually meet an esthetician for a consultation. The esthetician checks the natural lashes and talks through length, thickness and curl options. The studio says it uses high-quality materials and that its artists have many years of experience across its services. Blankets are offered during treatments, and the room is described as comfortable and simple with soft background music.
Per the studio's policies, a $25 deposit secures each appointment and is refunded if the full service is paid at the salon. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least one day's notice. Clients who have not arrived 15 minutes after their appointment time are treated as no-shows and charged half the service price. No refunds are offered on any service. Concerns about a service can be raised within three days, and one removal is offered free if a client has an allergic reaction to a service.
Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash lifts, which are semi-permanent treatments that reshape natural lashes to curl them, and lash tinting, which darkens natural lashes for a mascara-like look. A keratin lash lift and tint is also offered, along with brow shaping using waxing and tweezing, brow tinting, and removal. Gift certificates can be purchased at the studio by calling for details.
Each service begins with an esthetician consultation that evaluates natural lashes and reviews length, thickness and curl before any extensions are applied.
