Hair extensions are the salon's main focus, offered in seven application types: keratin-bonded K-Tip, adhesive tape-in, sewn weft and braid, clip-in, ponytail, wire-based halo, and cold-fusion ice bonds. Every one of the seven is available at both locations. Sew-in wefts are stitched onto braided tracks, a choice that suits thicker hair when the aim is length and volume. Tape-in wefts use adhesive and fit finer hair or a shorter-term option. Halo pieces rest on a wire over the crown, without clips, glue or bonds. Ice extensions are fused with a cold bonding method that involves no heat. K-Tip pieces go in one strand at a time, and how many are needed is set during a consultation. According to the salon, the hair is 100% Slavic human hair, and the Manhattan location describes it as Slavic and European.

Every visit starts with a consultation, which is the first step for all new extension clients and is offered free of charge. During it, the stylist looks at hair type, goals and lifestyle, recommends a method, and matches color. Pricing depends on method, amount of hair, length and color, and is shared before any commitment. After an extension installation, clients receive a care guide that recommends sulfate-free products, gentle brushing from ends to roots and sleeping with dry hair. Tape-in extensions usually need repositioning every 6 to 8 weeks, and regular appointments with a specialist are recommended to reposition, tighten or refresh extensions.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers hair color such as balayage, ombré and sombré, highlights, full hair color, root color and corrective color work, along with women's, men's and children's haircuts, blowouts, updos, bridal and event styling, and keratin and scalp treatments. Color services also begin with a consultation to discuss goals, hair history and upkeep. The Manhattan location lists haircuts, balayage, highlights, hair color, blowouts and keratin treatments in addition to its extension work, and extension removal is available at both locations.
