First visits include a consultation, a Lather Lounge experience and styling, and may run longer than a standard appointment. Guests are asked to arrive on time, and the salon will accommodate a service up to 15 minutes after its scheduled start. A late cancellation or change costs 50 percent of the service total. A no-show pays 50 percent of the service plus a 50 percent deposit toward the next booking. Service issues must be reported within 5 days for a fix at no extra charge with the original stylist. Services and retail purchases are not refunded, but retail items can be exchanged within 30 days for the full purchase amount.
