The cut menu covers women's, men's and curly cuts, with lavender-oil scalp massage and shampoo built into most services. Luxe versions add Kérastase products and a custom Fusio-Dose. A dusting and shaping service is available for clients who only need light shaping and no change of style.

Blowout options range from a round brush blow out to a satin press for curly hair. Brazilian Blowout smoothing comes in two versions: the salon says the full treatment stays frizz-free for about 8 to 10 weeks and the Express version for about 4 to 6 weeks, and the full treatment includes a full-size shampoo and conditioner to take home. Color services include balayage, foil highlights, blonde work, retouches, blocked fantasy color and men's color, with Wella Color used in the salon. Extensions are offered with hand-sewn wefts, hand-tied wefts and k-tips from three retailers. Each extension appointment includes a color-matching consultation with a swatch, and the salon color-matches and blends extensions on installation day. Initial installations generally cost between $1,000 and $3,000, with the exact price set at consultation. Each new extension purchase requires a deposit and signed contract. Weft move-ups, recommended every 6 to 8 weeks, run from $165 to $275 depending on rows.

The salon runs a 12-month graduate program in which partners train full-time, rotating between three mentors who have 50 years of combined experience, according to the salon. Partners get hands-on training and the chance to take on their own clients.

Visits begin with a consultation and a custom product recommendation. The salon says it puts a strong focus on frequent education, both in the salon and outside it, for its stylists and graduate partners.
