Tomori is a small lash studio located in Loft 18 at 9 W Erie St in Chicago. Narumi opened the salon in 2023, and the salon says it has more than 10 years of experience and a loyal base of clients.
The studio's stated aim is to make clients' eyes look and feel natural and beautiful while keeping them healthy. Its core services are lash extension sets in natural, fuller and dramatic styles, along with fills scheduled by how many extensions remain.
Before a first visit, new clients are asked to read the service descriptions and sign the forms, and prep and aftercare instructions are provided for both extensions and the Yumi Lash Lift. A booking is only held once the reserve button is clicked, and filling out the intake form does not reserve a spot.
Booking policies ask for cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a $50 fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a last-minute cancellation with the same fee, and missed appointments are charged the full service amount. Gift certificates for fills, sets and lifts must be used within one year of purchase.
