Extension services include full sets in two styles. The classic set places one extension on each natural lash, and the hybrid or volume set mixes classic and volume fans for a fuller look. Clients return for fills at set intervals, and there is a separate extended fill for clients whose lashes have shed more than usual. An outside work fill is available for extensions that were applied by another artist.
The studio's lift and tint offerings center on the Korean lash lift, which lifts each lash from the root using a lower-intensity process than traditional lifts. Results are typically expected to last six to eight weeks. The lift and tint includes a custom tint, and a discounted Chi Omega version of the lift is also offered. Standalone tints use a semi-permanent dye on natural lashes, with a shorter lower-lash option. Removal dissolves extensions without harming the natural lashes.
Booking comes with a few firm rules. A valid credit card is required at booking and is charged only for a deposit, cancellation or no-show. Full sets and lifts carry a deposit, and changes made more than 24 hours ahead move the deposit to the new time. Late cancellations and arrivals 15 minutes or more late are charged the full amount. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, including for fills, with lashes clean and free of residue. Changes are handled by phone or Instagram, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings, subject to approval.
Fill timing and pricing follow how the existing set looks, with fills booked within a set window after the last full set or fill. Shedding reported soon after an appointment is handled as a complimentary touch-up.
