Services cover classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, including wispy styles, in full sets and refills. Removal of existing extensions comes with a consultation. Refills typically take 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, and longer visits are needed for medical reasons, many natural lashes, or no remaining lashes. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, since retention follows the natural lash cycle. Hybrid refills need at least 40 to 50 percent of lashes remaining or a visit within the last 14 days, otherwise a three-week rate applies; volume refills of 1 hour 15 minutes follow the same rule, otherwise the fill price applies.

Booking requires a credit card to hold an appointment, and new clients pay a $25 deposit on most services. Waivers must be read and completed before the visit. A patch test costs $20 and is recommended for sensitive clients beforehand. Services may not suit clients with sensitive eyes, high caffeine intake or severe eye allergies, since clients must keep their eyes closed and still. Small children are not permitted, and older children must be accompanied by an adult and wait outside the room. Cancellations should be reported at least 24 hours ahead, and a booking may be cancelled if the client is more than 15 minutes late, with a non-refundable fee of 50 percent of the service cost. A no-show is charged 50 percent. Unusual lash fall-out within 72 hours is fixed at no cost when aftercare was followed; after three days, fixes are paid for. Full refunds are not given for services, and clients with concerns are asked to contact the artist.
