Lash styles are matched to the look a client wants. Classic sets suit clients with many natural lashes, hybrid sets blend classic and volume lashes for a subtle, wispy finish, and volume sets are all volume lashes for a dramatic, full look.

The studio also offers brow waxing, a brow wax with tint, and lip waxing. Appointments are booked online through Square. New clients complete an intake form before their first visit, and the form includes permission for the artist to use before-and-after photos for advertising and education.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no makeup. Oil-based eye products and waterproof mascara should be avoided, and clients should not use an eyelash curler, or perm and tint on extensions. Extensions should be removed by a professional rather than by the client. An optional patch test of two to three lashes can be booked 24 to 48 hours before a first full set.

The studio asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price.
