The menu is built around Japanese gel work. Manicures use a Japanese gel overlay made with the salon's own patented rubber gel product, and a longer version for medium and long natural nails, which the salon recommends for nails that are damaged, fragile, brittle or splitting. The salon says overlay manicures last about three to four weeks. Extensions come in two forms: Tokyo Gel Press, which uses pre-made, hand-painted gel presses in more than 50 designs, and Gel-X extensions, applied over natural nails and cut and shaped to the client's preference.

Other services include an eight-step hand spa that draws on Japanese skincare traditions and uses TATCHA formulas to hydrate and nourish the hands, a Japanese pedicure with extra massage and gel removal, and repairs for chipped nails. Standard No-Chip or UV gel can be removed at the visit. Dip powder and acrylic nails are not removed at the salon, and clients who arrive with them will not be served, so natural nails are needed.

The salon also offers private event bookings, editorial collaborations and an educational program for nail artists. Group bookings are arranged by emailing the salon with each person's name, contact details, desired service and preferred dates or times. Parking in the area can be difficult because of construction, so the salon advises allowing extra travel time.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card, which holds the appointment and is charged at the time of service. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 12 hours' notice; within 12 hours the charge is half the booked price, and within 2 hours or for a no-show it is the full price. Changes are made through the confirmation email or by emailing the salon, not by phone, text or direct message, and cancellation fees are non-transferable. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and those more than 10 to 15 minutes late may not be served. Tips are not included in prices; the salon recommends at least 15%, and all tips go to the nail artist. Accepted payment includes Venmo, Apple Pay, Square, Zelle and cash, and gift cards are sold online.
