Hair is sewn by hand onto rows of beads, so the install keeps contact points to a minimum. According to the business, the method uses no heat, glue, tape or chemicals during installation, and it is suited to fine, thin hair.

Visits start with a consultation. New guests complete one before booking an install, and a non-refundable deposit taken at that consultation covers part of the first install, with the rest paid on the day. Maintenance reinstalls are usually booked every six to eight weeks. Extensions typically last six to twelve months depending on home care, and the hair is typically replaced every eight to twelve months.

Color work sits alongside the extension services, with root touch-ups, gloss and tone refreshes, face frame work, and partial or full highlights and balayage. Cut-and-color bundles are also offered. Clients can color their natural hair while wearing extensions, and additional color or lightener is charged at $40 per bowl. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the booked service.

Extension work is planned around the client's goals, with a check on whether extensions suit their hair and whether their natural color will be adjusted.
