Manicures and pedicures range from quick express and basic services to deluxe treatments. The Gentle Exfoliating Manicure lets clients choose from ten Toi exclusive aromatic scents. The Collagen manicure and pedicure include a take-home plant-based collagen lotion, and the Organic Deluxe Pedicure, described as organic and vegan, includes a salt soak, sugar scrub, massage, and hydrating mask. Other pedicures include a Bath Bomb option in six scents, an Aromatherapy pedicure using eucalyptus and lemongrass essential oils, a Hot Stone pedicure, and a Blue for Men pedicure formulated for men.

Enhancement services include acrylic fills, overlays, full sets with extensions, and ombre work, along with Apres Gel-X, dip powder with optional soak-off, pink and white powder, and Luminary builder gel fills. The Russian manicure uses builder gel and a dry technique with an electric drill to remove excess cuticle and dead skin. Dazzle Dry, a four-step nail care system, is quick-drying and does not use abrasive chemicals or UV lighting. Nail art is priced by design, so clients should ask their nail technician about pricing. Reshaping and repairs cost extra on acrylic services, and removing previous dip or gel polish is an additional charge on dip and Apres Gel-X services.

Booking details matter here. Clients are asked to call as soon as possible to cancel or change an appointment, since same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows or late cancellations. After three no-shows or same-day cancellations, a deposit is required for future appointments and is applied to the booked service. Nail art and specialty add-ons are not included in listed prices and are booked under Extras/Misc, and add-ons should be booked in advance. Clients can ask for color swatches before application, and shades of dip powder, gel, and regular polish may vary even when a set is labeled as matching. Color changes requested after approving a finished service are treated as a new service and may cost extra, and approved color selections are not refundable.
