Hair-loss braiding starts with a required consultation that looks at scalp condition, the client's hair goals and which protective style suits them. Consultations can be held virtually. Clients who are out of state or traveling send clear scalp photos or videos before the call. When slots are open, a same-day consultation and service option is available, with service going ahead once the appointment is approved and the deposit confirmed.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total cost, and the remaining balance is due on the day, before service begins. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle or card, with card processing fees possibly applying, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice and the deposit carries over once to the new date. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the deposit, cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a fee. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, product-free, blow-dried hair unless discussed at consultation, and extra guests are discouraged unless they are also booked for services.
Every client receives an after-braid care package with scalp oil and maintenance instructions, listed at $75. The Alopecia Herbal Restoration is a six-month program starting at $999 that combines a consultation, herbal scalp treatments, scalp detox and exfoliation, scalp massage, laser light therapy sessions, monthly progress tracking and guidance for home maintenance. The treatment menu is long, with many scalp and hair care options listed without prices.
