The facial menu includes the TMB Ultimate Relaxing Anti-aging Facial at $160, which runs about 75 minutes, and a Vitamin C Antioxidant Facial at $135. A Dermaplaning Facial at $150 can be paired with an LED therapy add-on. The Deep Cleansing and Acne Facial at $125 does not massage active acne. GLO2 customized facials start at $225 and are tailored to smoothing, refining, hydrating, sensitive skin, firming or acne. Microneedling for the face, neck and décolletage starts at $199 and can be combined with PDO HA Afterglow or Lumenvy PDRN add-ons, typically in a series of three spaced about five weeks apart. Packages are available for several of these treatments, including a three-session PCA ULTRA Peel with aftercare and a three-session Mermaid Facial with neck and PDRN.

Bridal work is a major part of the salon. Wedding-day bridal hair and makeup are each $300, or $600 combined, and a Hollywood Waves add-on is available. Pre-wedding trials are held at the salon and take about 90 minutes per service, or roughly 2.5 to 3 hours for makeup and hair together. A Bridal Exclusive for the bride starts at $900 and includes a personalized trial, day-of services, false lashes, concierge fees and gratuities. Wedding-day services typically take five to six hours. Wedding inquiries are submitted through a form on the website, and the salon replies within 24 hours. The salon lists itself as a preferred vendor at several New England venues and says its wedding work has been recognized by The Knot, Wedding Wire, Zola and North Shore Magazine.

Visitors should park on Main Street only, not in the restaurant lot or the rear spaces reserved for upstairs tenants. Handicapped parking is at the rear of the building, and clients can call on arrival to be let in. A fireplace lounge and a restroom are available, and coffee or other beverages are offered to clients who arrive early. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, and services require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Products are final sale and cannot be returned for sanitation reasons, though unopened, unused items can be exchanged within 14 days with a receipt.

Several treatments are customized to the client, such as the GLO2 facial tailored to skin needs. The salon describes its hard wax as synthetic, hypoallergenic, fragrance free and vegan.

Clients can wait in a fireplace lounge, with coffee or other beverages offered for early arrivals.
