Every extension visit starts with an in-person luxury extension consultation covering lifestyle, upkeep and extension goals. New clients send an application with photos of their current hair, taken by someone else in natural light without filters or direct sun. The salon's application form lists average extension costs between $800 and $2,500 or more, with the final price varying by the result wanted and the number of hair pieces and rows needed.

Installation generally takes about two hours per row, and two rows is the usual amount. The appointment finishes with a cut that blends the extensions into natural hair, signature waves and a photo session. Extensions are adjusted every six to eight weeks and generally replaced every eight to ten months, either all at once or gradually, and a home care kit with instructions is recommended.

Color services include blonding, vivid color and lived-in color. Extension adjustments can be booked on their own or bundled with color, while cut plus color is only offered with co-stylists. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday with limited Saturday availability, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays.
