The studio is open Monday through Saturday, with shorter afternoon and early evening hours on weekdays, a longer Wednesday and Thursday evening schedule, and a late-morning to afternoon Saturday. It is closed on Sundays.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive on time. For brow and lash services, eye or brow makeup, oils and moisturizers should be left off, and lash extension clients should come in with no makeup on. If mascara or eyelash glue has to be removed before a service, an extra $10 applies.

Lash extension services take a $20 deposit to hold the booking. Payment is accepted by cash or Zelle only. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows lose the deposit and must prepay their next visit. Problems with extensions should be reported within 48 hours. Refills need at least half of the extensions to still be in place on each eye, and a refill booked more than three weeks after the first set is treated as a full set.

The lash lift and tint is not suitable for everyone, so clients with questions are asked to get in touch before booking. Results are not guaranteed when a client arrives wearing makeup.

Extension styles are matched to the look wanted, from a lighter classic set to fuller volume fans, with each extension applied to a natural lash.
