Hours are Monday through Friday until 8:00 pm and Saturday from 12:30 pm to 6:45 pm. Sundays are used for same-day appointments only when time slots are posted, and same-day bookings need the business to be contacted first to confirm availability. Booked clients receive a text and email with location details 6 to 12 hours before the appointment.

Booking is confirmed with a $15 non-refundable deposit, sent within 24 hours of booking or the appointment is not kept. The deposit is applied to the remaining balance, which is paid in cash at the visit, and Cash App and Apple Pay are also accepted. If a client rescheduled, the deposit moves to the new appointment, but only once.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes free of makeup and oil. Arriving with dirty lashes without a booked lash bath adds a $10 cleaning fee. There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness, after which a $10 late fee applies, and an appointment is canceled if the client is more than 12 minutes late, though the tech may still do the lashes with an extra charge if time allows. Clients who are sick are asked to stay home, and any lash issues should be reported within 24 hours.

Sets and refills are planned around how many natural lashes remain, so the business requires a minimum share of the current set before a refill and invites clients to send a photo if they are unsure.
