The lash menu runs from The Soft Life Set, a soft, natural-looking set for everyday wear at $145, through The Main Character Set, a glossy wet-look set offered in open-eye or cat-eye styles chosen at consultation, to TLG Signature Set, a dense, dark set built for fullness and a glam finish. The Tailored Custom Set is fully customized, with length, curl and density chosen for each client after an eye shape assessment; it costs $180 and takes 120 minutes. Hyper Luxe Realistic Bottom Lashes adds bottom lash extensions for $25 in 25 minutes.

Fills are timed to the previous appointment. A Mini Fill must be booked within 8 days of the last service, a 2 Week Fill applies when the last visit was within 14 days, and a 3 Week Fill covers appointments within 20 days. Foreign Fill is for extensions that were not applied at the studio. For clients who prefer their natural lashes, a Lash Lift curls and lifts them without extensions, with results that typically last about 6 weeks; the studio notes it suits straight, downward-growing or naturally long lashes best. Lash Removal is also offered.

Brow services include Brow Revival, which covers shaping, cleanup and enhanced brow mapping in 30 minutes, and Brow Upgrade, which adds tinting and a polished finish in 45 minutes. The TLG Signature Brow Experience is the most involved option: brow lamination, custom tinting, shaping and a collagen brow mask in 75 minutes. A thread or wax Brow Clean Up is available as an add-on to a lash service.

New clients complete a consultation and consent form. New-client deposits apply to several services, including $40 for the Tailored Custom Set, $30 for The Soft Life Set, $40 for the TLG Signature Set, $20 for Foreign Fill, $25 for the TLG Signature Brow Experience and $10 for Brow Revival. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full total. A card on file may be required to secure bookings, and late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday.
