TLC Glam grew out of owner Taryn Conway's freelance work with a bridal makeup artist who mentored her. The business says its artists have over a decade of experience combined and describes them as highly trained.

Makeup is the core of the salon. Bridal looks come in Natural Glam, Soft Glam and Full Glam styles and are designed to last all night. Clients fill out a questionnaire covering the wedding date, number of guests, location and glam style, and receive a personalized quote. Bridal work can be done at the salon or off-site. The menu also includes photoshoot, pageant, special event and Halloween makeup, plus makeup analysis and instruction and personal makeup shopping.

Beyond makeup, the salon offers lash extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles, lash tinting and lifts, and brow tinting and lamination. The facial menu is made of customized treatments tailored to skin type and goals, from a Basic Babe facial to a shorter boss b option, along with dermaplaning and a chemical peel. Spray tanning uses a sunless bronzer, and waxing covers the chin, lip, sideburns, brows, cheeks and full face.

Appointments are booked by appointment only, with same-day openings sometimes available, and are reserved with a credit card. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for a first visit to complete a health intake form. Full payment is due at the time of service. Wedding and event deposits are non-refundable, and bridal booking requires a deposit of 50% of the package.

Treatments are tailored to each client, from facial plans matched to skin type and goals to bridal looks built around the client's features. The business says it uses what it calls the most sanitary methods of application.
