Services are grouped into protective styles, precision and statement styles, twists and locs, and family and natural hair. Box braids come in fine to jumbo sizes and can be parted in a classic grid, diagonal or free-part pattern, and sessions run several hours depending on size and length, with a time estimate given before starting. Knotless braids feed in extensions gradually so there is no tight knot at the root, and they can take longer than traditional box braids. Cornrows, stitch braids and feed-in braids can be worked in straight-back, curved or geometric patterns, and feed-in styles can also be turned into ponytails or updos.

Children's appointments use gentler tension and shorter sessions where possible, with simpler cornrows for younger or more active kids and breaks as needed. Men can choose braids, cornrows or custom patterns, with a design or part added for extra detail. Hairline touch-ups can be included in a braiding appointment.

Clients can book online, by phone or by WhatsApp. Booking ahead is recommended for long styles such as box and micro braids, and same-day appointments depend on availability, so clients are asked to call or WhatsApp to check.
